How I Improve my Golf Game
Many people ask me, can you please help me improve my golf game? In most cases it’s all in the mind of the golfer. Actually most golfers fail to improve their golf game because their mind is not focused on what they must do to make progress.
When I mention exercise to people you can see them getting uncomfortable and the picturing themselves sweating and working out like there was no tomorrow. Their mind is shut to the idea that exercise can have a positive effect on their average golf game. What I then is that I try to get them to solve a task for me. I tell them to do some research on how much and how the professional golfers exercise. This usually gets them curious at least and when they discover the truth, they get more open minded to exercise for improving their golf game.
They will notice that some senior golfers around 80 years old actually participate in golf-specific exercises. These senior golfers know that these exercises improve their game and if an 80 year old can do the exercise it can’t be that physical demanding. So these golf exercises are not exactly what most amateur golf players think they are.
Without an open mind this exercise will be impossible. So you understand why I have this approach to the question of how I improve my golf game. To be able to improve your golf game you need an open mind and after that we can get to the actual improving.
